We offer 30-day hassle-free returns from the date of delivery. We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, return the original item for a refund and place a new order, which is usually the faster path.

How to start a return
- Email info@annmariegiannishop.my with your order number and reason for return.
- We reply within 1–2 business days with a prepaid return label and instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Ship the package to the return address below.

Refund timing
Once the return is received, we process the refund within 1–2 business days. The refund is issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 7–10 business days to post the refund to your statement.
